These terms govern use of BedScan, a mobile app and related web services for contractor measurement, quoting, quote acceptance, and payment workflows.
Use of BedScan
BedScan is intended for landscape contractors and related businesses. Users are responsible for reviewing measurements, quote details, pricing, taxes, customer information, and payment terms before sending a quote.
Measurements and quotes
Measurements and calculations are tools to support estimating work. BedScan does not guarantee project conditions, job profitability, material availability, final installed quantities, or customer acceptance.
Payments
When payments are enabled, contractors may accept customer payments through connected Stripe accounts. Contractors are responsible for their services, customer communications, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, and compliance obligations.
Platform fees
BedScan may collect platform or application fees from payment activity. Any applicable fees will be handled through the payment processor or stated in the account relationship.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse BedScan, attempt to access unauthorized systems, upload unlawful content, misrepresent quotes or payment requests, or use the service for prohibited activities.
